Description of problem:
After extending a storage domain to a lun on a different target, the storage domain is deactivated and then detached from the datacenter. When an attempt is made to remove it, the VG is 'partial' and one of the PVs has the attribute 'm', and the domain cannot be removed

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Using automated test scenario "storage sanity iscsi 3.0'

  
Actual results:
Unable to remove storage domain after it is extended

Expected results:
Domain should be removed

Additional info:
