.netrc to reproduce

Description of problem:
If I create a macro in .netrc that is longer than 200 bytes, connect to an ftp server and execute that macro, ftp segfaults.

ftp-0.17-61


How reproducible:
Always.

Ftp segfaults.

Expected results:
Ftp executes the macro.
