Git formatted patch to fix apache 2.4 configuration

The attached patch (you could apply using "git am") provides a new configuration file that should work in both httpd 2.2 and 2.4.

This should be fixed soon, otherwise many users will be disgusted, because tracking down the cause is not very easy.

phpPgAdmin-5.0.4-3.fc18 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 18.

Package phpPgAdmin-5.0.4-3.fc18:

* was pushed to the Fedora 18 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing phpPgAdmin-5.0.4-3.fc18'
as soon as you are able to.
