RHEV-M Uptime
|
Created attachment 636302 [details] Cloud Engine Uptime Description of problem: While preforming a scale test, it appeared that Cloud Engine lost connectivity to RHEV-M. Once the connectivity was restored, the uptimes reported in Cloud Engine are based on when the reconnection happened, not on actual uptime. RHEV-M reports the uptime as the actual uptime of the instance. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): aeolus-all-0.13.22-1.el6cf.noarch Steps to Reproduce: 1. Scenario run is start 25 instances in succession (waiting for each instance to come up before moving to the next) 2. After some period of time, a (possible?) network event caused CE to lose connection with RHEV-M. 3. This was not a planned disconnection. It happened in the course of the scale test. Actual results: Uptime reported in CE was inaccurate. It did not coincide with what RHEV-M reported. Expected results: CE uptimes match RHEV-M uptimes.
