Created attachment 636911 [details] Screen shot of the page Description of problem: What is the function of "Access Permission" tab of Portlet edit window in Dashboard edit mode; especially the case of the login user has not admin permission. How does "Make it public (everyone can access):" checkbox behave? If it have no function, please delete it. How reproducible: 100 % Steps to Reproduce: 1. Login to EPP 2. Open Dashboard page 3. Select "Dashboard editor" - "Edit page" 4. Click "Edit Portlet" (Pencil) icon of Dashboard portlet 5. Select Access Permission" tab in the modal panel.
