Description of problem:

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install aeolus.
2.configure vsphere and rhevm and add provider accounts for both resp.
3.Navigate to Administartor user profile page.
4.In permission section filter list by "cloud resource provider account"
5.cloud resource provider account list is filtered. see attached screenshot.
6.Now Navigate to Admin->cloud resource provider and clicked on "vsphere default" cloud resource provider name and check the role assignment count.

Actual results:
If you see in the list screenshot, "cloud resource provider account owner" role is assigned to vsphere provider account however if you see in role assignmnet tab the count is displyed as zero and the role  is not listed.

Expected results:
count should be displayed as 1 and should list the role assigned.

This issue is not seen now.
When Providers are created by "aeolus-configure -p rhevm,vsphere"
Role Assignments shows 0 .
However if a new provider is created or a user is assigned to a provider the count increases.
