I tried file transport over pidgin-sipe (1.14.1-1.fc18.x86_64). It ended in never ending waiting for start transfer. Remote site cancelled it and after that I tried to send some message to another contact. It doesn't matter if I share the file for remote contact or I try to download the file from remote contact.
