How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install aeolus and run aeolus-configure ec2.
2.add a provider account for ec2-ap-northeast-1.
3.create a user akarol and assign Provider user role for ec2-ap-northeast-1 provider.
4.login as akarol and add another provider account for ec2-ap-northeast-1.
  
Actual results:
Since only one account was added as user akarol, provider account count should be displayed as 1 and not 2.
see attached screenshot.


Expected results:
provider account count should be correct for role "provider user".
