Description of problem:
windows gets $JOINDOMAIN$ string instead of actual domain name during sysprep

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
si24 (first spotted on si19.1 few days ago)

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. have a sealed VM with UnattendFile set to A:\sysprep.inf
2. run once the VM with [sysprep] floppy attached; make sure there is a domain selected in "Initial Run"

Actual results:
VM is not joined to the domain. If you look to the logs or at the XP console during sysprep, you can see $JOINDOMAIN$ string instead of actual domain string (see screenshot)

Expected results:
VM is joined to the domain

did it only happened in run once ? or  in the initial execution of a win VM
