Description of problem:

Most users want the latest fedora during install, which is why we added the myupdates repo to fedora kickstarts.

But sometimes this repo can cause problems and it would be handy to be able to disable it easily.

maybe something like no_updates in ks_meta would turn off that repo.

Hmmm I had a feeling that Fedora's Anaconda was somehow hardcoded to include updates when installing, but maybe that is not true...
