Comment 3 Brenton Leanhardt 2012-12-12 10:02:09 EST
I verified that one way to fix this is to change the following setting in /etc/httpd/conf.d/ruby193-passenger.conf:

Broken:
PassengerRuby /opt/rh/ruby193/root/usr/bin/ruby

Works:
PassengerRuby /usr/bin/ruby193-ruby

I'm going to reach out to the Web Developer Toolkit team to see if this is the recommended way to resolve the issue. It seems to me like there might be an issue with /opt/rh/ruby193/root/usr/bin/ruby.
Comment 4 Brenton Leanhardt 2012-12-12 13:15:45 EST
For what it's worth I tested with ruby193-ruby-1.9.3.327-25.el6.x86_64 and saw the same behavior.
