Description of problem:
RHS-C does not provide any insight into performance, leaving the admin team with additional tasks to understand workload.

This RFE requests that on the cluster properties pane a roll-up of the following performance metrics is provided to give admins a sense of the workload running on the RHS cluster.

AVG/PEAK CPU across the nodes in the cluster
Sum of the rx/tx KB on the network interfaces across the nodes in the cluster

Overall cluster performance will be shown in a Dashboard tab

This feature is getting addressed in 3.1 release and it's not going to be backported to 2.0. Hence closing this bug.
