Description of problem:
Cannot run VM created and updated through RESTAPI


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create VM [XML attached]
2. update VM [XML attached]
3. Run VM fro UI
  
Actual results:
VM fail to run

Expected results:
VM should power up
