Description of problem:

CloudForms 1.1 Release Notes needs to include warning about deleting CloudForms distributor

Additional info:

There is a restriction in CloudForms 1.1 where CloudForms Distributors are tied 1:1 to a System Engine organization.  If the Distributor is deleted, the entire System Engine organization will need to be deleted.
