Comment 1 Dustin Black 2012-11-27 14:31:26 UTC
I'm able to trigger this consistently by using twinkle with my Plantronics USB wireless headset (I haven't tested without the headset). SIP phone calls will go fine for several minutes, then the audio will get broken, and my logs will be inundated with the above messages. When I click the "Bye" button to hangup the call, my system will hang hard.

Just prior to the backtraces appearing, I see this in the logs:

Comment 2 Dustin Black 2012-11-27 14:33:38 UTC
This problem only appeared after a recent kernel update from 3.4.11-1.fc16.x86_64 to 3.6.5-2.fc16.x86_64
