Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

v7-1.6.4-11.el6.noarch

How reproducible: Seen on four similar jobs

Steps to Reproduce:
1. clone job that fails https://beaker.engineering.redhat.com/jobs/clone?job_id=332391
2. modify for your purposes
3. run

Actual results:

 ./v7/submit fails with above traceback

Expected results:

./v7/submit works as expected

Additional info:
One interesting thing I was doing in this job is I had installed v7 1.5 for /distribution/v7/single to work around another issue previous to the failed task which is /distribution/v7/virtualization using latest v7 1.6.4
