Does this issue occurs often ? Does this issue occirs wihout APC ?
I only remember that it occurred once or twice. I always use APC.
Please try with latest version (in testing) php 5.4.10 and APC 3.1.14
Sorry, I cannot really reproduce it, because it was a random crash, and not something particular that I did.
So I will close this one. Please update and feel free to open a new bug report if crash occurs again with latest version.
