Description of problem:
Hi, I am trying to build libva on RHEL and I am getting this error:

wycliff:build $ rpmbuild --rebuild /tmp/libva-1.1.0-3.fc18.src.rpm 
Installing /tmp/libva-1.1.0-3.fc18.src.rpm
error: parse error in expression

This should be fixed in current f18 release.
