How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. I launched few instances for ec2  , 2 running , 3 stopped
2. Cloud Resource Provider page shows Instance running(historical) count 
3. It showed 0 for few sec then it changed to 3 (correct) 
After a minute it started showing 6 as shown in screenshot
