Description of problem:
When using the openshift web console and basic auth, there is no "log out" button.

openshift-console.noarch 0.0.3-1.git.11.6af3377.el6op

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. log in to the web console
  
Actual results:
There's no way to log out.

Expected results:
There should be a button to log out.

This has been built and is not available in the latest 1.1.x puddle

Verify:
The logout button can work properly.
