After a successful login, it sometimes takes a while to load the main user interface. Until that point, the application might look as though it is 'frozen', even though it's doing user interface initialization in the background. This feature provides visual feedback to the user to show that the application is currently busy and any user interaction should be avoided. The visual feedback indicator is represented by a 'wait' mouse cursor.

The logon screen of the webadmin appears unresponsive while the app is loading.
There needs to be some visual indication what is happening otherwise the user will think that something has hung.

Andy - can you please check rhev-3.2: during login process, the mouse cursor changes to a progress-animation icon. is that enough?

This bug is currently attached to errata RHEA-2013:14491. If this change is not to be documented in the text for this errata please either remove it from the errata, set the requires_doc_text flag to minus (-), or leave a "Doc Text" value of "--no tech note required" if you do not have permission to alter the flag.
