Description of problem: Its been last 4 stable releases since we introduced Obsoletes/Provides for m17n-lib-flt in m17n-lib package. As per guidelines http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Guidelines#Renaming.2FReplacing_Existing_Packages, we need to keep Obsoletes/Provides for 2 stable releases. We should drop this now.
