Description of problem:
There is an error in log:
ERROR [exo.kernel.component.common.ListenerService] (http-localhost/127.0.0.1:8080-6) Exception on broadcasting events occures: null: java.lang.NullPointerException

(full log attached) when you delete a page in page management or any dashboard page on dashboard

Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to dashboard, add & delete any page
or
1. Go to page management, delete any page
  
Actual results:
Page is deleted and error is present at log

Expected results:
Page is deleted and no error is present at log

(this is a regression since ER02 build)
