Description of problem:
---------------------------------------
While trying to import a cluster of single machine, from the UI, a dialog box with an error message "Cluster name is already in use" appears, whereas the system does not have any clusters, except the default cluster. Then this dialog box disappears and another dialog box appears instantly that says "Cluster ID is not valid" , but the cluster is still created.
Find screenshot attached.

How reproducible:
Frequently

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on "New" under Clusters tab.
2.Provide cluster name and description.

4.Provide server details and click "OK"

Actual results:
The above described dialog box appears.
