This update needs maven-dependency-analyzer version 1.3.
Currently Fedora has maven-shared-dependency-analyzer version 1.2.
Therefore this update is effectively blocked by maven-share split.

I believe that this bug is fixed in maven-dependency-plugin-2.6-1,
which is available in Fedora Rawhide.  I am closing the bug now,
thank you for reporting it.  A summary of changes is included below.
