Description of problem: During the installation, add a Turkish keyboard layout and remove the US layout. Continue and complete the installation. After rebooting, the keyboard selection returns back to US. While creating a new user I can not enter Turkish characters during the welcome screen. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Fedora 18 anaconda installer How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. During the installation add Turkish keyboard layout and remove US. 2. Complete the installation and reboot. 3. During the welcome screen, new user can only be created with US keyboard. Actual results: Unable to use custom keyboard layout. Expected results: Able to use custom keyboard layout. Additional info:

It turns out that this might be a different issue.

I've just finished an installation with Turkish layout as the only one selected and in firstboot (the application allowing you to create users, set time etc.) I had Turkish layout activated. In Gnome I have Turkish and English, but that's another issue. I'm closing this as WORKSFORME. Could you please try to reproduce this with some recent image and if it still happens reopen this bug?
