Description of problem:
The local storage of iscsi machine doesn't be filtered when connect to the iscsi storage.

How reproducible:
100%
Steps to Reproduce:
1.install the rhev-hypervisor5-5.9-20121123.2.el5 on one machine with iscsi storage and local storage.
2.register it to rhevm and make it up.
3.clean the iscsi storage and local storage.
4.connect it to iscsi storage.
Actual results:
the rhevm will discover the local storage as iscsi storage too. and can connect the local storage successfully.
Expected results:
the local storage of iscsi machine should be filtered when connect it to iscsi storage.
Additional info:
this issue appears on rhev-hypervisor5-5.9-20121123.2.el5 connected to iscsi via rhevm sm and rhevm ic.and also can reproduce on rhev-hypervisor5-5.8-20121107.2.el5 connected to iscsi via rhevm sm and rhevm ic. so I think it is not a regression bug.
