Comment 1 Josh Boyer 2013-03-11 20:07:55 UTC
Benjamin, this is an older kernel and the issue might already be fixed, but I thought you would want to see this.

Comment 2 Benjamin Tissoires 2013-03-12 11:11:54 UTC
Thanks Josh for notifying me.

The call stack suggests that the pagefault is triggered when writing events to the node (in the same way evemu does). This is not a nominal use case, so I'd like some more information on how the bug was triggered.

JPRochette, please provide the user-space program that triggered the bug (if any and if you are able to reproduce it). Also, I'd like to know which event node triggered the page fault.

Comment 3 Josh Boyer 2013-05-28 14:39:28 UTC
This bug is being closed with INSUFFICIENT_DATA as there has not been a response in 2 weeks. If you are still experiencing this issue, please reopen and attach the relevant data from the latest kernel you are running and any data that might have been requested previously.
