Description of problem: Remove "Templates" tab in a gluster service enabled cluster.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a gluster service enabled cluster.
2. Observe the available tabs.

  
Actual results: "Templates" tab is displayed.


Expected results: Should not display "Templates" tab.

Additional info: There is another bug (Bug 881463) opened for removing the "Virtual Machines" tab as well.

Verified as fixed in rhevm-3.2.0-6.el6ev - SF5 

"Templates" tab is no longer displayed.
