1. Join realm
2. Add realm user
3. Login as realm user

This violation occurs once the realm user has logged in.

Your homedir is totally mislabeled.

restorecon -R -v /home

Should fix it.

I removed my system from the realm, re-joined and tried again and did not have the error come up. Sorry for the noise.
