Thanks for your report.

(The attached patch will probably fix it, needs to be to applied it to the resurrected pkla support in F>=19.

I'm not planning to make a F17 build only for this fix in the near term; as a workaround, ensuring that /etc/polkit-1/nullbackend.conf.d/50-nullbackend.conf as installed by the polkit package is readable and valid should help.

Fixed in rawhide polkit-pkla-compat-0.1-2.fc20, will also appear in F19.
