:SELinux is preventing /usr/bin/python2.7 from 'read' accesses on the file hplip.state.
:
:***** Plugin catchall_labels (83.8 confidence) suggests ********************
:
:If you want to allow python2.7 to have read access on the hplip.state file
:Then you need to change the label on hplip.state
:Do
:# semanage fcontext -a -t FILE_TYPE 'hplip.state'
:where FILE_TYPE is one of the following: rpm_script_tmp_t, ld_so_cache_t, cupsd_unit_file_t, locale_t, machineid_t, etc_t, bin_t, proc_t, sysfs_t, hplip_t, usbfs_t, abrt_var_run_t, usr_t, initrc_tmp_t, user_cron_spool_t, cupsd_rw_etc_t, cupsd_etc_t, cupsd_tmp_t, sysctl_crypto_t, passwd_file_t, printconf_t, dbusd_etc_t, hplip_etc_t, ld_so_t, abrt_t, lib_t, etc_runtime_t, hplip_var_lib_t, hplip_var_run_t, cpu_online_t, snmpd_var_lib_t, hplip_var_log_t, afs_cache_t, udev_var_run_t, abrt_helper_exec_t, net_conf_t, print_spool_t, tmpfile, anon_inodefs_t, sysctl_kernel_t, puppet_tmp_t, hplip_exec_t, fail2ban_var_lib_t, system_dbusd_var_lib_t, textrel_shlib_t, root_t.
:Then execute:
:restorecon -v 'hplip.state'

:
:***** Plugin catchall (17.1 confidence) suggests ***************************
:
:If you believe that python2.7 should be allowed read access on the hplip.state file by default.
:Then you should report this as a bug.
:You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
:Do
:allow this access for now by executing:
:# grep python /var/log/audit/audit.log | audit2allow -M mypol
:# semodule -i mypol.pp

You will need to fix labeling.

# restorecon -R -v /var/lib/hp
