Description of problem:
Xen in RHEL5.9 host doesn't support rhel7 fv guest

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install a rhel7 fv guest via url 

2.
After guest start , 
[0.000000]Cannot get hvm parameter 18:-22 
will show in screen

Fail

Expected results:
Success

Additional info:
The pv guest can success to install.

This problem is caused by missing patch in RHEL7 kernel that allow run on older xen hypervisors.
