Created attachment 656500 [details] the "bug case". where is welcome message and warning message? Description of problem: in most case, when you launch installer, you will see the menu, warning message at left-top corner and welcome message (default in English), but sometimes you would launch without welcome message and warning. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Fedora 18 beta x86_64 netint and x86 install DVD How reproducible: no need, it randomly happens. mostly happens when first time launch, but can't understand why Actual results: the installer only shows menu and button (both with text) but without welcome message and warnings at top-left corner. Expected results: all elements will show perfectly. Additional info: although this bug rarely happens, but it will make some user think if the installer is broken or something else?
If you can reproduce this (and I've done an awful lot of installs now without seeing this problem), can you please grab /tmp/syslog, /tmp/X.log, and whatever's displayed on tty1 and attach them to this bug? Thanks.

Created attachment 656792 [details] tty1. since i don't know how to grab info of tty1, i took picture instead.
after reboot about 10 times, i reproduced this bug. it rarely appears and seems nothing special happens in logs. p.s. new thing, the welcome message would appear again after switch through different tty.
That is really odd. I've never seen it before.
