Description of problem: I have been trying to get searches under kmail to work. I have just recently deleted everything in ~/.local/share/akonadi/db_data/*. A search on a subject line seemed to have finally worked. Then I tried a search in a different directory on the whole email. That resulted in a popup saying "Can not get search result. Only resources can modify remote identifiers". Trying that search again resulted in the kmail crash. This message is a reminder that Fedora 17 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 17.
