The web page of spring did not display well on IE9.

Description of problem:
The web page of Spring app does not display well on IE9, Win7, as attachment shown. 

I have also added an attachment to show how the spring page shown on other browsers.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add quickstart Spring by admin user.
2.Create a spring app.
3.Check the app url on IE9 and other browsers.
  
Actual results:
The web page of spring did not display well on IE9.

Expected results:
The web page of spring should display well on all browsers.
