add Categories key to remote-viewer.desktop

Description of problem:
remote-viewer.desktop has no Categories key; this causes that menu entry to be classified in "Lost & found" or similar generic category.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Seen with both virt-viewer 0.5.3 and in current Git.

Attached there is a patch to add the following categories: GTK (since it is a GTK application), Network (since it is related to network), RemoteAccess (self-explaining).
