Description of problem:
Engine updates host status to maintenance (from Preparing for Maintenance) while there are still operations pending to be performed as part of the flow (DisconnectStoragePool, DisconnectStorageServer)

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set host to maintenance check logs as to when status is updated to maintenance
  
Actual results:
After status is updated DisconnectStoragePool and DisconnectStorageServer are performed

Expected results:
Status should only be updated once all operations associated with the requested command are performed
