Description of problem:
Hi,
I've installed fedora/linux/development-snapshot-20121211/18/i386/os/
as virt guest, (MATE as desktop enviroment)
then I've updated fedora to actual version.
then I've reboot machine.
System start (I'm able to ssh there) but unable to switch to graphics
It is still trying to start causes blinking (reloadind in systemd? )

fix your /etc/locale.conf and regenerate the initramfs of the new kernel

Should be fixed in anaconda since a while.
