In the System Settings --> Details --> Default Applications interface, I can't choose SeaMonkey for Web or Mail. I'm guessing there's probably a workaround to make it default anyway, but I haven't researched it.
It's because outdated desktop file.
I've edited both desktop files to follow the firefox and thunderbird ones. 2.16.2 build now in progress.
