Description of problem:

There is a redundant file "CondorHDFSCfgDlg.wxs" in the condor installation package for Windows (condor-win-7.8.8-0.1.msi).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
condor-win-7.8.8-0.1.msi

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Unpack the condor installation package.
2. Check content.

  
Actual results:
File "CondorHDFSCfgDlg.wxs" is included in this version of condor.

Expected results:
File "CondorHDFSCfgDlg.wxs" should not be included in this version of condor.
