Description of problem:
RHEV-M reports portal does not work properly.

Detail is that "Modified date" is wrong, like May 4, March 30, June 27.
And the customer try to generate the report, but they can't get show correct report.
This case occur when they choose login language as English at Report portal.

Additionally, they change the login language from English to Japanese, graphs on Report does not show correctly.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login Report Portal
2.Click Library
3.See 'Modified Date'
  
Actual results:
At the beginning of using Reports portal, the dates are July 2, June 27 etc..

Expected results:
At least, these dates are same as created dates at the first login.

Should we open two seperate BZs ?
1. Modified date is prior to Created date
   incorrect or missing Year
2. Change language from English to Japanese, Headlines in graphs does not show correctly.

Also the description should be edited:

Are there any Japanese fonts installed on the RHEVM server?
The titles are shows as blank probably because of this.

Why do they need the year in the dates? (The reason the create date and modify date are different are because create date is the date the report was installed to the portal and modified date is the date the report was last touched by our development)

not sure i agree.
create - when the report was creared in the current system
modified date - when the report definition was last changed.

these are semantics which vary between systems.
I'm assuming these are the ones jasper use, and i can live with them.

the other issue stand of course.

Just to be clear about the customer issue

1 - This BZ was opened when logged-in in English ?
2 - what was the customer main isse ? chronologic order of dates (creation vs change) ?
3 - please clarify "they change the login language from English to Japanese, graphs on Report does not show correctly" - more details will be useful.
