Description Graeme Gillies 2012-12-19 23:53:36 UTC
Hi,

On the instance display page in horizon, it shows the ip address an instance has for example

192.168.100.1
10.10.8.24
203.123.123.4

It would be great if it could display the name of the network the ip relates to against each ip so people could get a bit of context, e.g.

default 192.168.100.1
performance_testing 10.10.8.24
public             203.123.123.4

Regards,

Graeme

In Grizzly, displaying the network name is the default behaviour when using Quantum and multiple networks (cf. screenshot).

Looks perfect to me. I'm happy to close as fixed in grizzly

Verified NVR: python-django-horizon-2013.1.1-1.el6ost.noarch

1. Install openstack via packstack
2. via CLI, create an additional network
   # nova net-create test_network 11.12.13.0/24
3. launch an instance via horizon

Result: The instance IP Address appears as follows:

test_network

    11.12.13.2

novanetwork

    192.168.32.3
