Description of problem:

   Which includes these plugins, that are built on pre-release SOA 5.3.1.ER3:

   /usr/share/jboss-on-3.1.2.ER6/server/plugins/soa-p-5.3.1.ER3-rhq-jbossesb-plugin-as4.jar
   /usr/share/jboss-on-3.1.2.ER6/server/plugins/soa-p-5.3.1.ER3-rhq-jbossesb-plugin-as5.jar

The SOA 5.3.1.ER3 plugins should be removed from the JON 3.1.2.ER6 plugin pack - and should be replaced with the latest corresponding SOA GA plugins, so that the JON GA release only includes SOA GA bits.

This has been fixed with the following commit to release/jon3.1.x: b363902204c84e.
Moving to MODIFIED so it can be tested in the next available build.
