Description of problem:

The upgrade content in the Installation Guide and Administration Guide (these are shared topics) does not mention the need to:

1) Update the guest tools packages.
2) Copy the guest tools ISO image to the ISO domain(s).
3) Install the upgraded guest tools on all applicable guests.

This probably belongs as a new topic "Updating the Guest Tools" which would appear primarily in the "Updating between Minor Versions" content and be linked as related from the "Upgrading to Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager 3.x" content.
