Description of problem:

when I log in to qe's production setup with a large window and select bookmarks, the scrollbar disappears and I cannot see some of the bookmarks until I diminish the window size. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

si25.1 upgraded from 3.0

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. log in to a setup with a log of bookmarks on a large screen with full size window
2. select bookmarks
3. diminish the window
  
Actual results:

scrollbar is gone until we diminish the size of the window (see screen shots)

Expected results:

we should see scrollbar

Please specify exact Firefox version.
Does not happen on 17.0.1/Fedora18beta.

Unable to reproduce with Firefox 10.0.12/Fedora 17 as well.

I managed to reproduce when I noticed that Dafna had a lot more tags visible than I did on my high resolution screen. If you reduce the font size (hold down control and scroll down one tick). Then refresh the page with the refresh button and go to the tag area. The calculation on when to show the scroll seems to be off due to the changed font size, I will investigate what is going on.

Dafna could you give me some additional information?

1. Your screen resolution? for instance 1920x1080, you can check from the command line by typing:
xrandr | grep '*'

2. Can you 'reset' your 'zoom' by holding down ctrl and hitting the '0' button, or in firefox go to the View menu->Zoom->Reset? Then see if you still have the problem?

1.  1920x1080      60.0*+ (this is a 1080p full HD screen)

2. reset of zoom did not help - I could not see the scroller

OK sf11, scrollbars appear/disappear based on the fact the list can/cannot be fully visible in its region (RH6.4 FF10x, W7 IE9).
