No, this was after a fresh build.

this seems as an exception on FE.

But I was not able to reproduce it. Is it happening also on new builds? If yes, could you please provide some more details?

- did the template have a disk? how many?
- did the template have network interface(s)?
- the export domain has been imported or created?
- have the template existed on the system before?
- is there a chance that the storage was in process of activation/deactivation and you have just caught a bad moment or was it up for a while?

Thank you

> Is it happening also on new builds?
I don't know, don't have a working environment right now. try integration, they should know, they always check this.

> - did the template have a disk? how many?
Don't remember.
> - did the template have network interface(s)?
No.
> - the export domain has been imported or created?
Created.
> - have the template existed on the system before?
Before what? It was generated just before trying to import as part of a a new build testing. You might want to check-out the flow there and follow it up, if it helps.

Definitely not for activation/deactivation, and it happened several times.
regarding up for a while - not more than three hours, probably a lot less too.

You're welcome :)

Closing as I was not able to reproduce it - please feel free to reopen if it will appear again.
