Dashboard now makes it simpler to soft reboot multiple instances concurrently. Previously, selecting multiple instances for soft reboot from the Instance list page wasn't possible; each reboot needed to be performed individually. This enhancement adds a new 'Soft Reboot Instances' button on the Instances list page when selecting multiple instances.

2. User can NOT select multiple instances and reboot them.

This was merged during RC1 upstream.

Verified NVR: python-django-horizon-2013.2-5.el6ost.noarch

1. Boot at least 2 instances.
2. Select all instances (Horizon instances page)
3. 'Soft Reboot Instances' should now become active, Click it

Result:

All instances perform a soft reboot cycle.
