Please add tkman to redhat.  Tkman provides a fully indexed interface 
(with hyper-linking of key words) to all program and library
documentation, including man files, info files, and html docs.  
Once installed, it's easy to use and significantly accelerates the learning
process in *all* areas of system administration and
software development.

Closing bugs on older, no longer supported, releases. Apologies for
any lack of response.

Tkman fails some of the general criteria for Fedora Core; it may,
however, be suitable for Fedora Extras:
