Description of problem:

Mouse wheel events are not passed to the remote session.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Yum says 1.0.0-5.fc18, but the Remmina about box says 0.9.99.1.

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Establish VNC session
2. Place mouse cursor over a window that can be scrolled
3. Attempt to scroll using the mouse wheel
  
Actual results:

Nothing happens

Expected results:

The window should scroll

According to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/remmina/+bug/952964
there is already a patch for this issue.
